Effective October 16, 2026. These terms govern use of PCM Sage YouTube, an account-management tool operated by Pearl City Media, LLC for authorized staff and account owners. By connecting a Google or YouTube account and using the tool, you agree to these terms and the PCM Sage YouTube Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize the connection.
Authorized use
You must own the connected account or be authorized by its owner to grant access and request actions. Pearl City Media uses the connection for the channel, livestream, video, caption, or separately authorized Google Analytics administration work requested by the owner. Do not connect an account you cannot authorize or request actions that violate the rights of others, applicable law, or platform rules. The owner remains responsible for its channel, published content, and permissions granted to its staff and service providers.
YouTube and Google terms
PCM Sage YouTube uses YouTube API Services. By using PCM Sage YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google Analytics, when separately authorized, remains subject to Google’s applicable service terms. Google’s services, APIs, and availability may change independently of Pearl City Media.
Actions on your behalf
Google’s permission screen may authorize broad YouTube management capabilities. Pearl City Media will use them only for the work the account owner authorizes. Before an action creates, publishes, changes visibility, or deletes YouTube content, the owner or its authorized representative must direct or approve that action through the applicable workflow. We identify the channel and the requested action in our operational records. The owner can review resulting content and settings in YouTube Studio.
Disconnecting and support
You may stop future access by removing PCM Sage YouTube from your Google security settings or by emailing [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains deletion of data held under the authorization. Disconnecting does not automatically remove content already published on YouTube; the channel owner controls that content in YouTube Studio.
