Effective October 18, 2026. These terms govern use of PCM Sage Google, an internal operations tool operated by Pearl City Media, LLC for its authorized staff and for account owners who authorize Pearl City Media to manage their Google services. By connecting a Google account and using the tool, you agree to these terms and the PCM Sage Google Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize the connection.
Authorized use
You must own the connected account or be authorized by its owner to grant access and request actions. Pearl City Media uses the connection for inventory, administration, and reporting of Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Cloud Identity, and YouTube services that are owned by Pearl City Media or by a client who has authorized that work. Do not connect an account you cannot authorize or request actions that violate the rights of others, applicable law, or platform rules. The owner remains responsible for its accounts, content, and the permissions granted to its staff and service providers.
Google and YouTube terms
Your use of Google services through PCM Sage Google remains subject to the Google Terms of Service and any service-specific Google terms that apply to your account. PCM Sage Google uses YouTube API Services. By using PCM Sage Google, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s services, APIs, and availability may change independently of Pearl City Media.
Actions on your behalf
Google’s permission screen may authorize broad administrative capabilities, including managing user accounts, groups, cloud resources, analytics access, business listings, and YouTube channels. Pearl City Media will use them only for the work the account owner authorizes. Changes that create, modify, suspend, or delete users, groups, resources, listings, or content are made only when directed or approved by the owner or its authorized representative. We record the account and the requested action in our operational records. The owner can review resulting settings in the relevant Google admin console.
Disconnecting and support
You may stop future access by removing PCM Sage Google from your Google Account third-party connections or by emailing [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains deletion of data held under the authorization. Disconnecting does not reverse changes already made in Google services; the account owner controls those settings and content.
